Booking of Classes

  1. Class duration is determined by the scheduled appointment time, not the student’s arrival time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session.
  2. Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
  3. Any request to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If no alternative timing can be arranged, a 100% refund will be provided, provided that 48h notice was given.

Make-up class policy

  1. Make-up lessons are only applicable for classes rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  2. Make-up lessons will be scheduled based on mutual availability and are not guaranteed to match the original class timing.
  3. Only one make-up lesson per missed session will be offered.
  4. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
  5. Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy.

cancellation policy

  1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a 100% refund.
  2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund, to account for preparation time and reserved scheduling.
  3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable, due to preparation time and allocation of the teaching slot.
  4. Classes cancelled by the tutor will be refunded in full (100%).

Payment of fees

  1. Payments will be made via a PayNow QR Code, which will be sent via email and Whatsapp to the tutee.
  2. Payment must be paid at least 24h before the class, otherwise the session will be considered cancelled.
